Our standard opening hours are as follows:
Our trade office is open from 10 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday. (visits by appointment only)
Our warehouse is open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 12 pm on Saturday. (collection by appointment only)
Our trade office and warehouse are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. For sales enquiry, you can always Whatsapp us, and we aim to reply instantly.
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our very best to help you as soon as possible. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, but it may take us a little longer at busier times. If your enquiry is urgent, you can always give us a call or WhatsApp us.
Delivery & Collect
Yes. After your order is confirmed and payment has been accepted, you can collect orders from the warehouse. You may be required to verify your identity upon collection. Find out more about our delivery service here.
Our warehouse is located at 8/F, Phase II, Wai Lun Centre, 200 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. Parking is available in the same building.
Standard delivery is free on orders over HK$3000. Other remote locations may be subject to additional conditions and special quotations. Find out more about our delivery service here.
Orders confirmed and paid for before 4 pm can be delivered in the next business day. No deliveries are made on Sunday and public holidays. Urgent delivery and Specified Day delivery options are also available. Find out more about our delivery service here.
We can arrange delivery to multiple locations. However, each location will require a minimum invoice amount of HK$3,000. Other remote locations may be subject to additional conditions and special quotations. Please contact us via email or call us should you require such arrangements.

How do I access my account? Buying Wine
You can purchase via our website ganpei.com.hk or order via WhatsApp. You can also drop us an email with the details of what you would like to purchase.
We use a range of payment methods, including Bank Transfer, Faster Payment System (FPS), and Cheque. Find out more about our payment options here.
FPS Identifier: 9576026
For Faster Payment System, please input our FPS identifier number: 9576026; once inserted, our company name “Ganpei Vintners Limited” should appear automatically.
Please enter the amount of your invoice total.
In the “Message to payee”, please enter your invoice number. Your invoice number should start with INV followed by five numerical digits (e.g. INV12345).
Please check all payment information and make adjustments if necessary and press “Confirm” when all the information is correct.
